Delivery in the UK

Our daily cut off for orders is midday. 

We offer Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £30, which takes 3-5 working days. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is £2.75.

We offer a UK Speedier Delivery service for £4.95, which takes 1-2 working days.

We also offer a UK Next Day Delivery service for £7.95, which will arrive the following day (when you order before 12pm).

Delivery outside of the UK

Yes we do, we deliver our mugs worldwide! Qtique will ship to anywhere in the world a postman (or postwoman) can get to, including: Africa, Australia, Canada, East Asia, Europe, India, Mexico, the Middle East, New Zealand, Russia, South America, South East Asia and the USA.

The shipping cost for orders to Europe is £7.95, and deliveries will take 5-7 working days.

The shipping cost for orders to North America is £7.95, and deliveries will take 5-7 working days.

The shipping cost for orders to South America is £14.00, and deliveries will take 5-7 working days.

If your country delivery price is not listed, or you are unsure if we deliver to wherever you are, pop us an email at hello@qtique.co.uk and we will get a postage quote and double check that our mugs can safely get to you. 

 

Returns, refunds & exchanges

We want you to love your mug, and if you are unhappy with it then please return it back to us in its original condition for a refund. Any purchase made through www.qtique.co.uk may be returned up to 28 days from receipt for a refund of the purchase price. All that we ask is that you email returns@qtique.co.uk to outline your reasons for doing so – we’d really like your feedback as it helps us improve our product and service. We will issue the refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different style if preferred. 

Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Returns must be made in their original condition and in their original packaging, and we recommend you send the parcel using a ‘signed for’ delivery service and obtain proof of postage.
